Linda Jean Alexander

Linda Jean Alexander, 75 of Lafayette, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday October
5,2023. She was born December 28,1947 in Lafayette to the late George and Edna Bray Graves. She
graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School in 1968. Her marriage was August 4,2004 to Duane
Alexander, he survives. Linda served with the US Army. She was a member of the Greater Macedonian
Church of Lafayette. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving with her husband of 19
years are her children Travis Veach of Boswell, Justin Veach of Lafayette, and Capri Veach of Chicago, IL,
14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, four brothers Greg (Erin) Graves of Avendale, FL, Dale
Graves of Indianapolis, Billy (Alberta) Pruitt of Crawfordsville, and Daryl (Cindy) Graves of Kansas City,
Mo. She was preceded in death by a brother and six sisters and one grandchild.
Funeral services with Pastor Dale Draper officiating will be at 1pm Saturday October 14,2023 at the
mausoleum at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 1200 N. Sagamore Parkway Lafayette, IN. Military rites will
precede the services. Internment in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made
to The Greater Macedonian Church.
