    I was so sorry to hear of your passing. You and I had a great visit over the summer. I love that your stone faces Ellen’s crypt. I sat on your bench many times when visiting. Remembering all the good times with you and Ellen. You will be missed Dee.

    family knew your mom by showing rabbits and buying Longaberger baskets from her she was a very sweet lady she will be dearly missed.

Ernysta E. “Dee” Flynn, 75 of West Lafayette, passed away at 2:05pm Saturday February 18,2023 at the
Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis. She was born September 3,1947 in Brazil, IN to the late Ernest
E. and Bonnie B. Lord Jenkinson. She retired from Purdue University after 45 years of service in
computer program training. She was a member of the St. Mary Cathedral in Lafayette. “Dee” was very
involved with her family having grown up as one of 12 children. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, crafts, and
gardening. She also enjoyed traveling to festivals like the Covered Bridge Festival and cheering on the
Boilermakers.
Surviving are a daughter Tracie (Mike) Holzmer of Nashville, TN, two grandsons Christopher and
Benjamin Holzmer of Nashville, TN, as well as 3 of her brothers and 3 of her sisters and many nieces,
nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Family graveside services will be held at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens at 11am on Saturday February 25,
2023.
Tippecanoe Funeral & Cremation Services of West Lafayette is honored to assist the family with
arrangements.
