Thomas William Welch, passed away on December 25, 2021, in Lafayette, IN. He was born on December 25, 2021, at Franciscan Health East in Lafayette, IN, and was the precious child of Zachary Lee Welch and Shyanne Nicole Wilkerson. .Although he had only spent a short time with us on this earth, he was very loved by his family and everyone around him, especially his parents, who will miss him very much.
In addition to his parents, he was survived by his siblings, Katherine Nicole Ann Welch and Zachary Lee Welch, Jr.; his maternal grandfather, Brian Hardin; paternal grandfather, Daniel Welch; and his grandmother Tabetha Welch;
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cherry Hardin; as well as great-grandparents, Thomas McCann and Tina McCann.
