Betty Jean (McLain) Hicks, 95, passed away on June 2, 2022 at Mulberry Health in Mulberry, IN. Betty was born on December 31, 1926 in Cayuga, IN. She was raised by her mother, Elsie McLain and father, Floyd McLain. After completing her education, she raised her family and later as a Dietary Kitchen Aide for St. Elizabeth Hospital. She loved her family, and lived her life as she wanted with many stories to share.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Kelly Albertson; grandson, Jessie (Katie) Letson; as well as four great-grandchildren, Kayla, Zen, Leland, and Kyler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Adam Hicks; and her grandson, Jeremy Hicks.
Services for Betty will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Tippecanoe Memory Garden Funeral Chapel in West Lafayette IN with visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm.
