Tasha Lee Broderick, 37, of Lafayette, IN passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. She was born to William ‘Bill’ George and Lana Harris on October 26, 1983. She graduated from West Central High School before receiving her associates degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Tasha worked as an Eligibility Specialist for the Indiana Family Social Services. On July 4, 2015 she married Humphrey Allan (Brad) Broderick who survives.
Tasha is survived by parents William ‘Bill’ & Lana Harris George, and husband Humphrey Allan (Brad) Broderick. She leaves behind children Bre’Ana Mozie, Jaedyn Mozie, Janessa Harris, Chanel Broderick, Jahmari Broderick, and Serenity Broderick. Also surviving are sister Toni Harris of Francesville, IN, Grandmother Janetta Harris of Monticello, IN, Aunt Kimmy Harris of Monticello, IN, Uncles Eddy and Kevin Harris of Monticello, Uncle Dennis George of Monon, Cousins Jamie Collins of Big Stone Gap, VA, Rebbecca Boecher of Good Grief, ID, Shawn Harris of Buffalo, IN, and Natasha Messer & family of Big Stone Gap, VA. The family would also like to acknowledge a host of friends: E.J. & Carrie Dela Cruz , Charlie & Alisha Perkins, Nate and Misty Frost, Tara Burdett, Ashlyn Bryant, and Art & Dawn Eakins. She is preceded in death by Sarah Banks, Shirley George, Arthur George, Eddy Harlan Harris, and Nyah Plaster.
Services will take place on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Chapel of Faith. Visitation will be from 11am to 3pm with services immediately following at 3pm.
