Patricia Diane Burdine, 80, passed away on January 24, 2022 at The Springs of Lafayette, in Lafayette, IN. Patricia was born to George Francis Synesael and Elizabeth (Murdaugh) Synesael in Lafayette, IN. After completing her education at Central Catholic High School, she worked for much of her life in customer service positions and later retired from Wabash National Corporation as Head Coordinator of Janitorial. Patricia also had many joys in life, she loved crafting, sewing watching Notre Dame Football games and Nascar races every season, mushroom hunting, and cooking, which brought joy to many of those around her.
Patricia  is survived by her daughter, Melody Snyder; son, Scott (Michelle) Burdine; son, Timothy Burdine; her twelve grandchildren, Nikki (Matt Corbin) Burdine, Danielle Carr, Mandi Burdine, Eric Burdine, Kyle Snyder, and Dustin (Kerrin) Burdine, Star, Johnathon, Katie, Kurt, Katie and Jonatan; 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandsons; as well as her brother, Jerry (Judann) Synesael; and sister, Elaine Larson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenny Synesael, David Synesael, and John Francis Synesael; aunt, Jane Clapp; sister-in-law, Donna Synesael; and brother-in-law, Gayle Larson.

Visitation for Patricia will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Funeral Chapel, 1718 W. 350 North, West Lafayette, IN, 47906. Funeral services to follow visitation at 2:00 pm at the chapel with burial to follow in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
