Mary Frances Dersham, of Lafayette, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Majestic Care of Lafayette, Ind. Born July 23, 1951, in Glendale, California, the daughter of Frank and Lucille (Moore) Dersham Washburn. She lived in Kaumakani, Kauai with her mother before moving to Indiana where she attended West Lafayette schools. Over the years, Mary was employed by Tippecanoe Meat & Fish, Wabash Center, and Heritage Health Care, retiring in 2016.
She enjoyed puzzle books, watching HGTV and the wildlife, feeding at the bird feeders outside her window.
Surviving is a brother, Jesse Washburn (Connie) of Lafayette; niece, Janelle Ohlemiller (Jake) of Lafayette; nephew, Tyler Washburn (Emily) of Rossville; great nephew and niece, Amos and Eudora Ohlemiller.
She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Paul R. Washburn, Sr.
A private service is planned. Interment will follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, 1718 W. 350 N., West Lafayette, IN 47906
