She sought fairness, kindness, rationality, hope, discipline, and above all passion for God and His ways through Christ. An advocate for Christ, a hard-worker, a mentor, a comforter, and a friend will all be what Linda is remembered for. We cannot wait to see you again, Ms. Linda.

Linda Sue Douglas, 71 of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of Lafayette passed away Sunday October 18, 2020
in South Carolina. She was born September 10,1949 in Lafayette to Arthur Randal and Gladys Iva
Swisher Douglas. She moved to the Washington DC area and lived there from 1972 to 2012 and then
moved to Myrtle Beach, SC.
She is survived by her sisters Julie (Joe) Lisek, Sandra Hankins and Nym (Steve) Tarnow, 5 nieces and
nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private burial was at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in West Lafayette, IN. Memorial Services will be held
at Palmetto Shores Church in Myrtle Beach on November 1,2020. Memorial contributions may be made
to the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network bcan.org in Memory of Linda Douglas.
TMG Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
