Arturo “Artie” Ramirez Pena

Arturo “Artie” Ramirez Pena, 41, of West Lafayette, IN, went to be with our heavenly Father on November 8, 2022. He was born December 6, 1980 in the beautiful small town of Rinconada, Mexico, to the late Artemio Ramirez and Carmen Pena. At a young age Artie began to practice the trade of painting and drywall installation. After completing his education, he worked for many years as a contractor painter, where he became a leader in the field and later cofounder of his family business in 2011. He was a proud father to two beautiful daughters, and in 2005 he met the love of his life, Cindy Ramirez. Artie and Cindy were married on April 27, 2013. They had three children together and spent over 15 happy years by each other’s sides, taking care of their family and growing their business together. Artie’s standards in the industry were second to none, and his family plans to continue his legacy with the business and work that he loved so much. Artie will be remembered as a man of strong faith, who loved his family, his work, playing jokes, and had a smile that could light up any room.

Artie is survived by his wife, Cindy Ramirez; as well as his five children, whom he all loved very much. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services for Arturo will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel in West Lafayette, IN, with visitation from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
